2009-10 upper deck ultimate collection 1/10. Patch appears to be part of the captain "C" or possibly part of a letter from the name plate from what I can tell, not 100% sure, but definitely looks more like part of the captain patch in my opinion. Card has a slightly soft bottom left corner, see pics, other than that it looks mint. (The following is added to all my card listings). Any conditions mentioned are solely based on my opinion and experience.
